"Trixie"
One of a Kind teddy
I would like to introduce my newest creation, "Trixie".
She is such a sweetie and the prettiest shade of pale blue/green.
"Trixie" is 13" tall.
She has a bent-leg and arm design.
I created her from curly dense mohair that I hand-dyed.
For her adorable face, I used a different technique.
I was being especially adventurous one night and started needle-sculpting her almost finished face.
I wanted to create an slight open-mouth. Needless to say, I am pleased with the results.
I will have to play with the faces of my bears more often!
She has hand-blown glass eyes with expressive white accents. Then I shaded around her eyes, nose and mouth.
Her paw pads are appliqued ultrasuede that have been needle-scuplted and then shaded into toes.
She wears a pretty wired neck bow with a strand of faux pearls.
The silk flowers are included.
"Trixie" is fully jointed and ready to pose.
I have filled her with my combination of polyfil and pellets for a nice weight and soft feel.
"Trixie" will come to you signed on her paw pad.
For authenticity, she will wear a laminated hang tag listing her details and One of a Kind status.
It is my wish that "Trixie" brings a smile to your face everytime you see her displayed in your home!
