I would like to introduce my newest
"Broomhilda".
One of a Kind
I created her from black and hand-dyed purple curly matted mohair.
"Broomhilda" is 12" tall without her witch's hat.
For her whimsical face, I stitched a perle cotton nose.
Then I added hand-blown glass eyes with an expressive white accent.
I shaded heavily around her eyes and nose.
Then I carefully trimmed and sculpted her facial details.
She is fully jointed and ready to pose.
I have filled her with my combination of polyfil and pellets with a helping of steel shot for weight.
At 12" tall, she is the perfect size to display in a scence with other "witchy" items.
Be Creative! I display my collection of bears in little scenes throughout my home.
Her paw pads are ultrasuede.
"Broomhilda" wears a hat that I made from black glittered fabric. I stiffened and shaped the fabric. I did not attach the hat so that you may remove it if you choose.
She also wears a full bow in complimentary colors.
Around her neck, "Broomhilda" wears a vial of her "magic potion". I have accented it with beads that I strung on a bendable wire.
Now I must tell you that "Broomhilda" is a very good witch. She uses her glittered magic potion to make people smile and brighten their days.
It is my wish that she make you smile every time you see her displayed in your home.
"Broomhilda" will come to you signed on her paw pad.
For authenticity, she wears a laminated hang tag listing her details.
All of my bears are created by myself, with my own patterns, in my quaint, smoke-free, country home.
